Our Refund Policy

Stylist Aurora and her staff pride themselves in providing exceptional professional services and excellent customer attention and care. 

All services received at Xclusive Hair Salon are non-refundable

If you have any questions or concerns about a service you received at the salon, please notify Stylist Aurora immediately after your service, preferably before leaving the salon or within (3) days of your service. 

If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that Stylist Aurora can inspect your hair. At that time, Stylist Aurora will decide if the service you received is eligible for adjustments at no cost. We schedule appointments for adjustments at the next available date and time. 

Xclusive Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse additional services if deemed necessary.
