Q: What services do you offer?
Our main services include haircuts, color, styling, perms, and treatments. Other beauty services we offer at the salon are manicures, pedicures, and waxing hair removal. You can view a list of our hair services on the services page.
Q: When are you open?
We are open Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and are closed Sundays.
Q: Can you open on a Sunday?
We don’t open Sundays for individual appointments, but we do open for wedding or special event groups that have requested our services. You can send us a detailed message on our contact page if you would like to request group hair services.
Q: Can I make an appointment before 10 a.m. or after 7 p.m.? It's urgent!
Yes, but only on days we are open, excluding Tuesdays. We kindly ask that you call us to book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If a stylist is available on the date and time of your desired appointment, we will gladly schedule you in.
Q: Can you tell me exactly how much a service will cost online or over the phone?
We can provide exact pricing information for some of our services, but not all. Stylist Aurora will first need to consult with you in order to give you an exact price for most of our services. We highly recommend that you book a Free Hair Consultation on a date and time that best fits your schedule.
Q: Do you do acrylic nails, dip powder nails, or gel polish nails?
Unfortunately, we do not do acrylic or dip powder nails. We currently provide Orly's 2-Step hybrid gel system which comes close to gel polish nails. The company describes its product with the words "fast dry, long-wearing, high-shine, and no lamps." Our clients (and us, too) love this nail polish because of its unique and bold color selection and because it has lasted our clients between two weeks to a month.
Q: How can I book more than one service online?
Follow these easy steps:
