Q: What services do you offer?

Our services include color, styling, perms, haircuts, blowouts, and treatments. You can see a complete list of our hair services on our services page.

Q: Do you do men's hair?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to receive services at our salon. We do haircuts, color, styling, treatments, and perms for men and teens. However, we do not do straight razor shaves/fades.

Q: Do you work with thick or curly hair? 

Yes! Aurora has many years of experience working with all hair textures, lengths, and types. Do not worry, your hair is safe with us!

Q: Does the stylist speak English? 

Stylist Aurora speaks mainly Spanish, but understands and speaks some English. Because Aurora wants her English-only speaking clients to feel more comfortable, English-speaking staff members are available to assist with translations during appointments. 

Q: Can you tell me the exact price of a service online or over the phone?
Since everyone's hair is different and service processes vary, we do not provide exact price quotes online or over the phone. 

The majority of our services require an in-person consultation with Stylist Aurora for price estimates. Service starting prices can be viewed on our "book online" page and they can vary depending on hair length and other factors. We recommend you book a Free Hair Consultation on a date and time that best fits your schedule to learn more about the service you're interested in and to receive a price estimate. 

Q: How can I book an appointment? 
Head on over to our Book Online page and select the service you want. You will be prompted to select a date and time and provide your name, email, and phone number. After you click "Book It," you'll be all set for your appointment! 

Your other options to book an appointment are to give us a call or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. However, the easiest and fastest option is to schedule your appointment right here on our website. 

Q: How can I book more than one service online? 
Follow these easy steps: 

  1. Begin to book a service you'll be wanting. 

  2. When you get to the section that requires your contact information, please list the other services where it says “Notes/Additional Services."

We will make note of your message and be ready for your appointment!

Q: When are you open? 
We are open Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and are closed Sundays. 

Q: Can I make an appointment outside of business hours? 
Yes, but only on days we are open, excluding Tuesdays. We kindly ask that you call us to book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If Aurora is available on the date and time of your desired appointment, we will gladly schedule you in. Extended hours are available for limited services. 

Q: Do you accept debit or credit cards? 

Yes, we accept debit cards and most major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. However, there is a small fee added to card payments. We do not accept checks.
